Program and sender
Evergreen Web Partners is operated by Achieving Peak Potential LLC. Our optional informational text program helps people communicate with Evergreen about service inquiries, consultation scheduling and appointment reminders, and updates about services they have requested. It does not cover promotional broadcasts, purchased contact lists, or texting campaigns for Leapfrog Reviews or other businesses.
How you join
Provide your mobile number and select the separate, initially unchecked SMS consent box on our contact form. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. You can submit an inquiry without selecting the box. Providing a number, submitting an inquiry, or accepting general website terms alone does not enroll you. Only provide a number you are authorized to use.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies with your inquiries, appointments and requested services. Message and data rates may apply to texts you send or receive. Your mobile carrier can explain your plan’s charges.
Stop messages or rejoin
Reply STOP to any program text to unsubscribe at any time. You will receive an opt-out confirmation, and no further program messages will be sent unless you provide fresh consent. To rejoin, sign up again through the contact form and select the optional SMS checkbox. You can also email us to request help with stopping messages.
Get help
Reply HELP to a program text, email dalton@evergreenwebpartners.com, or call (484) 240-1606. Tell us if your mobile number changes so we can update your contact preferences.
Delivery
Text delivery depends on your device, carrier and network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. This program is not intended for emergencies.
Privacy and other agreements
Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle information and protect SMS consent. These terms apply to Evergreen’s optional text program. Any proposal or agreement for purchased services is separate; accepting these terms does not expand your texting permission.
