This policy covers information handled through evergreenwebpartners.com, our inquiry and quote forms, website audit tools, booking experience, and Evergreen’s own inquiry, appointment and client-service text program. Information you choose to provide
Depending on the feature you use, you may provide your name, business name, email address, phone number, website, project details, inquiry, appointment details, and answers to our audit questions. Audit tools may generate results from your answers. Please do not include passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, or sensitive personal information in open-text fields.
How we use information
We use information to answer your questions, discuss requested services, prepare proposals or audit results, schedule consultations, provide client service, operate our website, and protect our services. Entering a phone number does not by itself enroll you in texts. SMS permission is a separate, optional choice.
Forms, hosting and other service providers
We use service providers to host pages, process forms, manage inquiries, deliver email and text messages, and support booking and client service. Providers may process information needed to perform those services for us. Some website features send the information you submit to our inquiry-management or email systems. Our website can also load fonts, scripts and images from outside providers, which receive connection details when your browser requests those resources.
Technical information and browser storage
Website and service-provider systems may process IP addresses, browser and device information, request details, and cookies or browser storage used to deliver and maintain their features. You can manage cookies and site storage in your browser; blocking them may affect embedded forms or booking. Following a link to another website does not enroll you in our SMS program. Information you provide on another site is also subject to that site’s privacy terms.
Mobile information and SMS consent
We do not sell your contact information or share it with other businesses for their marketing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Our optional text program
Evergreen texts cover your service inquiries, consultation scheduling and appointment reminders, and updates about services you requested. The program does not include promotional broadcasts or enroll you in another brand’s or client’s messaging program. If you choose texts, we retain your consent choice and associated records, such as the submission time, source form, applicable disclosure, messages and opt-out requests. Message frequency varies. Client services and other businesses
Evergreen also builds websites and automation tools for business clients. Information handled when supporting a client’s systems is used to provide that client’s service under the applicable arrangement. This website’s optional texting consent applies only to Evergreen’s own program; it does not give a client or another brand permission to text you. When you interact directly with another business, consult its privacy notice and messaging disclosures.
Retention and protection
We retain information as needed for the purposes described here, ongoing service relationships, consent and opt-out records, applicable obligations and dispute resolution. We retain enough suppression information to honor requests to stop texts. Provider logs and backups may follow separate retention cycles. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
You can contact Evergreen and purchase services without agreeing to texts. Reply STOP to withdraw SMS consent, or email us for assistance. To request access, correction or deletion of information you provided, email dalton@evergreenwebpartners.com. We may need to verify your identity and retain information required for an ongoing service, legal obligation or opt-out. Our business services are not directed to children under 13; contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.
Updates to this policy
The current policy will be available on this page with its revision date. Updating this policy does not enroll you in text messages, expand your consent, or transfer your SMS permission to another business.
